Wednesday morning and I'm about to hit the road back home from KC. Amy will be heading west to meet me this evening in Albany. I'm feeling a bit disconnected from Tim this week - I haven't been away from him for more than four days and by the time I see him Saturday it will be two weeks. There will be a lot to catch up on.
Planning continues for Tim's release - transportation, outpatient arrangements, renovations etc. It's going to be a busy couple of weeks for Tim and Amy. Tim continues to improve - his walking has now extended beyond the walls of the therapy gym and he is able to walk in the hallways of the ninth floor. It leaves him exhausted, but ............ On Tuesday, Amy drove Tim to MIT for a campus tour, as he begins to evaluate how his injury will affect his post-high school plans.
