The Red Sox are now 3-1 in games that Tim has attended, the only loss coming in the last game of the year when the Hose trotted out seldomly used players in a meaningless game. As you might guess, Tim and Conor had a great time and returned to Spaulding safely before the witching hour. Tickets to the series go on sale at noon on Monday .........
Well, we're back in Boston. Tim was Jonesing for another outing, so we headed over to Canal Street to look for a sports bar for dinner. Ed note: Fred Snow is going nuts right now as Berkshire resident James Taylor is announcing the Sox lineup on Fox - that's a twofer for Fredo. Hurricane O'Reilly's seemed to call our name and in we went. We enjoyed catching the tail end of the contest for bragging rights in the Jesuit Football League as the highly ranked Boston College Eagles took their A game to South Bend and knocked the Fighting (and losing badly) Irish on their keesters.
We're back on the ninth floor in time to watch Schilling get touched up a bit in the first, but now Big Papi is up with one on and one out. Hope you all enjoy the game. Let's see if that charm holds up from a few T stops away.
